I bought the cheapo campbell hausfeld drill from costco and vouched to never again buy a cheapo drill. I'd say this is a cold deal at best. Buy a good one which will last a long time!

Actually I just got one for a female...to do little jobs. Keyless chuck...Variable speed...
With the bag and laser level overall cost not too bad.
I don't expect a lot from this item but we will see.

Exactly! Concrete wall = get something with more power. A hammer drill would be even better.

The fact that a concrete wall is very sturdy...and only a thin (good) carbide bit is required ie 1/8"....I bet this drill would do the job.
Note it has a one year warranty. If it breaks down take it back.
Lets get serious..it's not a prof drill.

I have this drill, and as long as you have realistic expectations it will work great for you. It has enough power for simple tasks - putting furniture together, light-duty work etc. Just don't expect a professional drill, and you'll be fine.

piece of crap jobmate drill - I bought one and I gave it away, because it was so useless. Like the poster above, I will never buy a drill based on price only. This may be ok for some simple tasks, but don't count on it for anything beyond that.
From a personal level, i have purchased a number of jobmate tools (3). I have given them all away and have vowed never to buy another JOBMATE tool because I have found them to be so bad.
