PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the premiere of The Hunger Games on March 19, 2012 (location and time to be determined at the sole discretion of Alliance Films Inc. and are subject to change) in Toronto, Ontario (tickets provided by Alliance Films Inc.), round-trip economy airfare for two (2) to Toronto from the nearest major airport to the Winner’s home, one (1) night hotel accommodation (based on standard double occupancy) and one (1) five hundred dollar ($500.00) Joe Fresh gift card. The maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00 CAD, based on a round-trip flight from Whitehorse to Toronto. Actual retail value of the prize will depend on the location of the nearest major airport to the Winner’s home. If the Grand Prize winner lives in Toronto, no flight will be provided and no substitution prize will be available, the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize in this case will be $1,000.00 CAD. See back of gift cards for details and/or restrictions.

There will be ten (10) Secondary Prizes available to be won. Each Secondary Prize, shall consist of two (2) tickets to an advanced local screening of The Hunger Games and one (1) $25 Joe Fresh gift card. Secondary Prize winners will be selected in the following Canadian cities: Vancouver (two winners), Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary (two winners), Victoria, Winnipeg, Halifax and Toronto. Advanced local screening in Toronto shall take place on March 19, 2012. Advanced local screenings in other Canadian cities shall take place on March 22, 2012. The retail value of each secondary prize is approximately $50.00 (CDN).

I want those tickets!!!!!

Winning these tickets would mean so much to me. But the chances are so slim, that it is close to impossible to win. I don't think i have a better chance to win than anybody else, I just think i want them more than anybody else! When i finished the third book, I got so sad and i even started to cry a bit. I was so sad that they ended. I truly wish there was no end to the books at all. Each time I opened the book, I felt as if i was in a completely different world. The book was so well written that I felt as if I was in District 12, in the capitol, or even in the forest in the arena. Each and every one of the characters were so well written, that they came to life in the book. Especially Katniss. I felt as if I knew her all of my life so i knew exactly what she looked like. And to see each of the characters in the book come to life right in front of my eyes, would be a great honor and that is one of my only wishes. All of the books in the series have taught me so much. Not to give up on tasks, and to defy the odds of anything. I'm trying to defy the odds of winning those two tickets. Please read this and consider me in the draw. I want those tickets so bad and i don't think i could wait a whole month!
