Mmm, Supergirl...
_______________
From a "Family" reviewer: "We Cheer teaches coordination, enticement to lust, women being used as sex objects, and team work."
From Worthy Playing: "We Cheer is, then, for all intents and purposes, the F-Zero GX of music games. It asks for so much, yet forgives so little. It is actually so casual that it's hardcore."

Supergirl? Not Green Arrow or someone like that? Well I think it should be a girl or female character..balance out the team a little more.

If you read the link that was posted, it looks like these would be the first:
Supergirl, Green Arrow and Captain Atom
More would come later but the whole 7-team concept seems to be too expensive so they're gonna focus instead on mini-groups._______________

Honestly, why are you bumping such a ridiculously old thread? The show is currently in Season 2 and yet you find it necessary to dig this up from the grave instead of just creating a new thread. These types of posts do nothing to enhance the community and should be considered spam. Pointing out this spam is probably also considered spam, but it seems like a necessary evil given the circumstances.

May 1st, 2005 12:50 AM #8Why? It IS related. Why not keep it to one thread. It's not like it's soooo long you'd have to navigate thru.

the show is currently at Season 4, and I did not want to start a new thread or else you'd probably be flaming me for not searching first

May 1st, 2005 01:54 AM #10I agree. No big deal. I actually missed this thread the first time around. I've been trying to catch up on JLU whenever I can, so this old thread has actually been informative.

JLU is a great show, anyone know if they are doing DVD sets like the batman and superman series? All I've seen thus far are DVDs with 3-4 episodes..
Love that one with the "Black Mercy" flower.. Daymn, superman was pissed!
Although my one gripe about the show is how they intercut scenes of the upcoming episode in the title sequence.. I'd rather not see snippets of something I am just about to watch, thanks! So I flip the channel for that part..

May 1st, 2005 08:40 AM #12Justice League lasted for 2 seasons and Justice League Unlimited is currently in its 2nd season. Combined, both shows make 4 seasons, but they aren't exactly the same show.

I thought JLU was a continuation of JL, but with newer specified members.

You could say that, but then again, it's not the same episode format. Instead of hour long episodes, each one is now half an hour. I found the previous series to be more involved simply because the storylines were longer. JLU is the Justice League with new members, but I wouldn't call it the same show.
