I have an Asus Z70Va. I was taking the keyboard off to add a network card.
I accidently popped off two of the keys.![]()
Anybody know if they go back on easily?? Or am I hooped.

they usually can go back on really easily as long as none of the stuff under the key itself is broken. for most laptop keys, you have to place it down a little higher on the keyboard, then push down on the key itself and slide the key downward. it may differ a bit depending on your keyboard make.

Yeah you should be able to just press it back on.
Although, I'm not familiar with Asus keyboards._______________

If they popped out you should be okay just pushing them back in, but if you snapped anything then your more than likely screwed. I know my friend popped the Z key on his Dell XPS fancy shmanzy laptop, and they ended up having to replace the entire keyboard.

I lost my 'u' and my 's' on my toshiba satellite..........i'm just living with it right now.........can't pop them back on

if the spring parts are actually broken you can just buy defective keyboards off eBay and replace them yourself. Don't know about Asus keyboards but they should all work the same.
