Damn, my adata card no longer works. It won't mount in my Note 4 and on Windows 8 in a memory card reader it won't format or allow me to delete any files on the card. Also tried diskpart to remove the partition, it completes without error but it doesn't actually remove it. Any ideas?

My Note 2 killed my adata card twice (sent in for warranty the first time) but sandisk worked fine, needless to say won't be buying adata again.
