FS, however, has terrible customer service, thinking they are doing the right thing by withhelding my ID and AmEx saying my husband can't use it. I had to go out to pick up my card and ID when I am sick. They can refuse the take the card, they have no right to keep the card, and what gives them the right to keep my ID? I wouldn't not trust a cashier to keep my AmEx AND ID...

Update: used this again this evening and had a closer look at packaging etc. you can buy a whisk and chopping attachment for this (if anyone knows where you can get these cheap please post it up). The motor is pretty strong, I blended up some fresh mango and some milk and ice and had a pretty good smoothie. Very impressed for the price.
