Know of a credit card with a low introductory rate on balance transfers

Hey guys,

I'm looking to transfer a couple thousand from another credit card to a new credit card with a low introductory rate on balance transfers. I can't find an active promo code, does anyone have one?

I have no real preference over which card. Apart from this free loan I won't be using it for anything else.
