Is there anything better than this for 5GB of data for under $50?

It has to be set to be on Quebec. QC/EN
It's still available.

I switched to a Quebec number on Saturday. Is there anything more I need to do?

As much as I'd like to jump on this QC bandwagon for the extra data..... I just can't bring myself to give up the PM $40/4GB for this out of province plan.

"Shock-free" means that once you hit your data cap, they cut off your data. Then they send you a text saying "Hey, if you want to keep using data, it costs $X. Reply to this text if you'd like to spend that crazy amount of money". As for what's better? If you go over your limit a lot, obviously $10/GB is better than $50/GB.

I think you will have to pay off your tab balance before you can get on this plan. I'm not sure how soon it's possible to do that, I have heard different things from different people. You could try calling in and see what Koodo says.

Pretty sure you can still switch over even if you're on a tab. As long as the plan you choose is eligible for the tab level you're at.

Yes you can - that is what I did. Phone with Ontario plan on medium tab, then qc number, then qc plan, then ported in Ontario number. Easy peasy.

Can i just go ahead and change to a QC number right now? Or do i have to wait till the 19th?
