Koodo? I thought this plan was BYOD only? How did you port over from a different carrier and sign up on a medium tab with this plan?

Ported out my Rogers corp $55/5gb plan from the dawn of time. Took 5 minutes at the mall koodo kiosk.

Rep suggested it might end early due to demand, I was far from the first to do it today according to her. I didn't inquire as if she'd recieved formal heads up on that.

Bye Rogers.

Paying 36$ per 30 days (90 day plan) at public mobile for 4 gb data and province wide calling. I use ~2gb per month.

Worth switching to this 10 gb plan?

This deal is blazing. I just went to my local mall and they switched me over from Fido in 10-15 minutes. I didn't have referral but the rep sent me a link. I had to pay for sim though. I drove home and porting was completed. Registration for self-serve was simple. I'm all set!

Anybody know a good/cheap unlock service for Bell phone? They won't unlock it because the contract ended a year ago.

Thx OP, this is lava hot....

This bests the BF 8Gb dealio since ON folks can get this legitimately....

Didn't see this mentioned but it looks like there is a $10 credit for BYOD plans and +2GB data bonus..

I know in the previous BF deal, we lucked out on the $10 credit....it showed up after 2 or 3 bills....wondering if this would be the case here?

The +2gb bonus would be gravy on top of gravy...

Also, I'm on the BF 8Gb deal with the $10 ByOD discount, wondering if this discount will remain on my account when I switch plans?

That's not matching..fido is such a disappointment.
You can give a person knowledge, but you can't make them think. Some people want to remain fools because the truth requires change.

that maybe true brotha, but i got the iphone 7 shouldn't give me that much of a speed difference. With Fido i was able to get easy 50mbps down or more.

That should have no relevance. That's illegal according to circle. Try a different csr

Try having a friend on Bell network call in and ask. And honestly I think they need to honor the free unlock regardless if you're still with them or not but look up with CRTC to confirm, I may be wrong.

I think others have said VoLTE, possibly Visual Voice Mail.

Koodo has international texting I believe vs Telus only has Canada-wide.
