Same here
Should I call customer service for them to change
Would I risk losing the add on after talking to them?

Do you have any more information about this plan? I always hear about it and wondering if it's the plan to do

Oh, wasn't there a migration offer like $40 for 8GB or something like that? I was wondering if that is still going on.

Sorry not sure about that... Probably safe but I have not done it.

well when I look at the iPhone 6s I saw this deal, see screenshot.

And oh yes wouldn't this be great if we could do the 10gb add-on thingy for $14...

I see it now. It seems you have to view the deal from the pages for the individual devices, not the plans page. Worked for all of the devices I randomly spot checked.

Thanks OP! I had actually scheduled a call to Koodo earlier today before seeing this thread, and they wouldn't budge on my price. Then I saw this thread, attempted to change the plan myself to $25 BYOD, but self-serve wouldn't let me.

Scheduled another callback, told the rep I wanted to keep my $15 10GB addon and move to the $25 pay per use data unlimited calling plan that I saw on the website, and after a brief hold he verified he could do that! As well as keep my 3GB bonus promo and waive the $10 service fee. I probably lucked out

$40 + tax for 13GB unlimited text and calling across Canada. Completely satisfied, I was paying $55 + tax! Which was still great.

It may be possible through an agent. However, they said my case was an exemption and may have closed the loophole. The process was almost an hour long.

Existing customer bought out tab to convert to BYOD.

Extreme YMMV.

yeah....and I don't see any data add-ons when you proceed to next screen so looks like this is just talk+text alone, for now at least....

I remember calling a few weeks ago, as I wanted to switch my fathers $30 talk and text w/ 1GB Add-on to the $25 Unlimited.

Rep said I would lose the bonus data if I were to switch. Will have to try again later.
