Koodoo Data Speeds
I'm still deciding if i want to jump to koodoo from wind. Was with fido for 10 years and with wind for 1 month. Wind for the most part is fine for me in dt toronto, my only complaint is their slow data during the day. What type of speeds are people getting with koodoo? Currently paying $48+tax but wouldnt mind paying the $12 difference provided they have better reception and data is just as good as fido or better.

Why don't you just go back to Fido?

Look up the speeds of Telus' HSPA (3G) network. Same network, same company, same speeds. I think that HSPA+ devices would also work. LTE will likely come in the near future (if it doesn't already work).

The reason why i switched was because they couldnt offer me anything after my contract expired. I had an unlimited plan that was i was being charged $50- unlimited north american calling anytime, and $30 iphone valuepack.
I didn't need the unlimited plan anymore and wanted something cheaper.
Basically they said they couldnt offer me anything and if i lowered my plan, i'd save $5 a month for going down to 200 min etc.
After being with them for so many years, they don't seem to care anymore so ill take my money elsewhere.
