Koodos international roaming feature help

My sister asked me to turn on international roaming, but I can't find it at the self-serve page. Is it "int'l dialing and ld saving"? I'm kinda confused because I don't use Koodos. I see all the US feature, but none for international.

Is your sister planning on using the phone outside of Canada ?
If so she would be much better off to get a sim card in the country she is going to
Roaming rates especially data are insane

I figured it out. She had to pay off her massive current bill before she could add the international voice roaming. Done!

Someone has to contact her when she arrives there. I don't think she plans on using her phone. Only WiFi.
