don't know of any buffets that are strictly korean. and in my experiene, asian buffets are a mess... kids running around... adults hogging food for their entire table... people cutting the lineups...
there is all you can eat korean bbq at commerce gate. they have a second restaurant at midland and finch (north of finch).

I think the name of the restaurant on Hwy 7 is "Walker Hill".

There is a Korean BBQ place in the entertainment district at Queen and Duncan. To the right of the Scotia Bank. Forget the name. They open late until 2 pm or so, so people can go there after hitting a club or bar.

you want All you can Eat?.. then those imitation Korean BBQs like Walker Hill... and that one the others talk about
you want more authentic.. then.. try the Yonge/Finch area.. or Koreatown.

I like the place on Queen St the other poster mentioned, however my Korean friends don't really. Maybe they just don't like meat as much as me.
It is Chinese owned/operated.
I think it is $8.99 at lunch and $12.99 at dinner for all you can eat. At dinner they have more items to choose from.
Don't forget they will change your grill when it starts to get nasty, but you must ask, and only once during your stay.
The NOW review mentions some other locations:
Korean Grill House
214 Queen West, at Duncan
Neighbourhood: (Queen West)
416-263-9850
Suburban all-you-can-eat do-it-yourself Seoul food barbecue chain moves downtown with mixed results. Pig out on the 'cue but avoid ho-hum bento boxes. Warning: next to nothing for vegetarians other than salad. Best: thinly sliced fatty pork, beef, chicken and salmon sided with sweet kimchee, spicy raw sprouts, deep-fried tofu cubes in red pepper powder, miso-like beef 'n' radish soup and plain white rice. Other locations: Korean Barbeque Restaurant, 3280 Midland, unit 26, 416-754-8141; and 505 Hwy 7 East, building C, suite 70-73, 905-762-1338. Complete meals for $20 per person ($15 at lunch), including all taxes, tip and a prune juice.
Open Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am to midnight, Friday and Saturday 11:30 am to 5 am.

the one on Queen St is sweet, I've been there a few times (live nearby). Get the $9 all you can eat lunch BBQ, and probably only order beef, pork, and maybe squid - chicken and fish not worth it. Great deal for the price and tasty. You get a buncha side dishes too (tofu, spicy kimchi, salad, soup, etc)

At the Midland location there's a guy who kinda looks like Stephen Chow... that guy is pretty funny! And he is pretty quick when you ask for more beef or whatever. He actually comes up to you and asks if you need anything unlike the other waiters who wait for you to call them. We always give that dude a nice tip -_-
