Kung Fu Panda (2008)
Dreamworks Animation has begun work on their big summer animated movie for 2008 - Kung Fu Panda - with Jack Black as the voice of Po, the titular panda -- with other voices provided by Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Dustin Hoffman, Lucy Liu...
A lazy, irreverent slacker panda, Po (Voiced by Jack Black), who must somehow become a Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Set in the legendary world of ancient China, this is the story of Po, our unlikely hero, who enters the rigid world of Kung Fu and turning it upside down. Po ultimately becomes a Kung Fu hero by learning that if he believes in himself, he can do anything

Looks pretty good!
Dreamworks animation flicks have been stellar for the past several years. a great cast of voices. Cant wait to see this with my son!_______________

Animated movies are pretty good. I liked Madagascar, so I hope this one is good.

Sounds like a ******** premise.
But hey, I liked Over the Hedge and I was skeptical at first, maybe it'll happen with this one too. I'm not overly fond of westernized versions of stuff with Asian themes. The stereotypes just rub off the wrong way ..._______________

Except IRON MAN, May was somewhat disappointing. I saw the Trailer a few weeks ago and I hope it lives up, I love the Cast & Story.

watched this movie today with gf and friends.. definitely did not disappoint. easily one of the best movies i've seen this year actually, but i haven't watched iron man yet.
i love animation films, and dreamworks films. it was a first time in a long time that i felt like i got my moneys worth to watch a movie at theater. Reply With Quote
