Lake Front hotels/ BB in Cottage Country Ontario

Me and the GF are looking for a quiet weekend away in May/June into Ontario Cottage country...
Been googling and haven't really liked what I have found so far, has anyone rented a place that they can recommend.
Not looking for a cottage but more of a small resort on the water, or a BB. Prefer something on Georgian Bay but doesn't have to be.

Also was looking at the Blue Mountain area, but not sure if that is really what we are looking for come spring.
