In response to the first question, the gift-with-purchase size is the smaller version like the ones as the Bay/Sears...
In response to the second question, there is a promotion this week (from Nov 10 - 16), you'll get 20x points when you spend $75 or more on Cosmetics/Fragrances!!

OH - $50 purchase? I'm not sure...but when I checked with the salesperson today in downtown toronto, she said you need to purchase $33 or more (before taxes)....
