Hey. Thanks, but I've read that post already.
I meant that on the lantern site, it says, "Once you have CNE grounds admission, you can upgrade your ticket to include the Rogers Chinese Lantern Festival for $15 (ages 6-64) or $13 (ages 4-5 and 65+)".
I'm wondering whether I have to purchase them at the same time, or show up at the gates and buy a ticket there, not whether I could find a deal on tickets. The price for the online tickets are $18.

Lantern Festival / CNE
I'm thinking of heading down to both this weekend, and on the site for the lantern festival, it said that I can upgrade my admission for the CNE to include that of the lantern festival for $15 more.
Do I show up at the gates of the lantern festival and show proof of purchase of the CNE tickets [like what?], and then they'll give me a ticket for $15 or something?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks._______________

they are handing out coupons at The Ex for "upgrade your Ex pass to see the Chinese Latern Festival for only $10"
Saw them near the Ontario Place entrace behind the kids midway on Thursday. They likely do this everyday._______________
