Turn off using Shut Down though Start menu?
Doesn't sound right though.
It could be Wake-on-Lan.

Laptop won't turn off
Whenever I try to "turn off" my ASUS v70va, it just reboots instead of shutting down. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks in advance.

umm... i saw someone has the same problem, but only when he plug-in the power adaptor and it won't shutdown. It restarted itself
