Large Quantity Sellers in the Gift Card Forum - Rule Clarification - UPDATE AUG 23
We've clarified rule number 13 in the BST Rules and Guidelines Forum here:
http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/a...ouncementid=13
Here's the clarification itself:
13. April 7th, 2005 - Due to a recent surge in small business sales, here is a clarification: large quantity sales will not be allowed as those goods were clearly bought to be resold at a profit. Other advertisers pay for the right to advertise in the forums so to be fair, if you would like to advertise, please send an e-mail to
biz@redflagdeals.com for further advertising information.
14. August 23rd, 2006 - For further clarification, in the BST: Gift Card Forum, large quantity sales would be defined as a member selling more than 20 gift cards TOTAL of any type at any particular time. Anyone selling gift cards must clearly state the number of gift cards available for sale and their denominations. Sellers with a seemingly unending supply of gift cards would also be considered large quantity sellers.
The nature of the gift cards forum is a bit different than the other forums so we've updated it to be consistent with the original rule's intent.
Update Aug 23: We've increased the limit to 20 gift cards and clarified that it's total number of gift cards rather than per type if there was any confusion.
