I'm using a combination of My5+Worldline to get unlimited international outgoing calls. Unfortunately, Worldline doesn't handle 1-800 #s. The issue is not the long distance fee, it's the airtime. So, is there a local access number (preferably for Vancouver) that supports 1-800 #s? I've had a phone card that charges 4c/minute with 1-800#s, that's a bit higher than I'd like to go.
