I don't see any reason to question his personality. He isn't great in interviews, but so what? The main questions about Dion have been his abilities on the ice.

Kessel does get chewed up a lot in the media every time he doesn't put on a superstar performance. People have said that one of his best skills is being able to ignore all of that noise, but it has obviously gotten to him a few times.

Welcome to Toronto, the hockey capital of the world! It doesn't matter if that we're Kessel or Crosby, he would garner the same attention from the media. The media an the fans are not the same thing though.

no. but even though the canucks could use a rhs offensive d-man, i don't think i want dion back in a trade for lu given his past baggage. how much value do you think he can garner in a trade?

it would be a bold move for Nonis to move him (should your team fall out of the playoffs picture this season) but that's something that should be an option Nonis should consider if the goal is to build for the future and not necessarily the present.
