Lease take over Audi Q5

Hi, I am planning to takeover a lease. So can anyone let me know if this is a good deal if I take over this lease. I am not planning to buyout at end of the lease

2018 Audi Q5 Komfort
27,000km driven (53,000km left)
$604/mo (tax included)
32 months remaining (48 month lease)
Lease ending Aug 2021
Audi care included for the remaining lease term.

No winter tires.. Transfer fees will be paid by the seller.
No wear and tear package included.
650$ incentive ( which is the deposit I will get at the end of the lease).
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It's a good deal in the sense that you can't go back in time when Audi was desperately trying to clear 2018 Q5 (last model year on the old platform) with low rate and some cash up front.

A new Q5 Komfort with no options will run you close to $700/mth in Ontario.

Mileage is decent. You still have just a bit less that 20K/year left.

I believe it was 2017 units being sold in 2018. My wife got a Q5 Komfort for like $420/month. I couldn't say no at that price. It's decent, but tech is pathetic on the base unit for a 2017 car. No AUX in, no USB, crappy MMI, no Nav, no BT media play, no reverse camera. About the only thing it can do is BT phone calls or plug in an old ipod with a 30 pin connector.

Yea, newer model is nice upgrade, but obviously you pay for it. For $200/month savings I'm cool with mounting my phone to the dash with Waze.

Yeah, did math wrong, I guess 2018 Q5 debut in June 2017.

For less than 2 years, not sure if there's a record yet. May be check with the dealer it goes back to for the 2 maintenance jobs?

None, pretty unbelievable. Even passed on all the dealer BS extras, so they didn't make any money on it, other than service.
