Is it legal to broadcast webcam stream showing other people?

Ok. Here is the scenario. I'm selling my house and thought about leaving my webcam on with a video chat on MSN for example, turn the monitor off, and watch it as the day goes by.

Am I legally required to have a sort of warning posted here, letting others know that they are being "watched" ?

I know that its legal to record AUDIO conversations, as long as one of the parties involved knows (so you can record any conversation you have with anyone else), but not sure about video and the fact that it would be transmitted over the internet. I would leave the mic ON as well so I can hear comments being made about my property.

Any thoughts?

PS - The reason I want this is to get some feedback on my property. If people are saying "wow - this looks nice!" "I love this place" it tells me that Im doing a good job staging it. If people say "too small and dark" or "overpriced - the one we saw down the street looks better for the same money" then I might need to re evaluate the price.

There are all kinds of 'street' cams setup, go check the weather network as they have a list. Then there are nanny cams to record what a babysitter is up to.

I don't think there is an issue with it but i cannot point you to what the law says either.

If they have nothing to hide and I think they should be fine.
