Great laptop, got the same specs but paid more from a previous sale last year. It's been a great laptop to game on, solid build quality and thermals.

If it was 144Hz screen then it would be a good deal, too bad.

Just picked up last year's model from London drugs for $500. It is a good overall laptop, and easy to upgrade to an nvme if it doesn't come with one.

Does Lenovo offer financing options? I would be interested in picking up this laptop for my dad's autocad work. T

depending on what your dad does in autocad, but i highly doubt if you need to buy a laptop with a dedicated GPU. you are paying $400 more here for very little marginal benefit.

Go with a laptop with a Quadro or Radeon Pro WX.

Yeah, pay bright. Takes about 2 minutes to apply/get approved. Low interest rate compared to lots of places.

at the time i didnt care for the GPU in this laptop. i was more attracted to the CPU
His autocad is mostly 2D and the other programs he uses barely touched his work laptop's Radeon Pro
