[Lenovo Canada] Lenovo Yoga C930 Glass-vibes ($1299.99)

I think this is a good deal plus Ebates at 8% . compared to Dell which is $800-$900 more.

I was looking at this too. Is this a good price for this laptop? Reviews seem decent

Since this deal is what they call "doorbuster" deal so extra 5% off is not applicable on C930 glass..

Display brightness is 270-290 in reviews. On a glossy touch display, this would be insufficient to combat most glare in daytime office environments and classrooms. This could be a deal breaker if you use this for extended use and not hooked up to an external display.

This is a great deal. Just ordered one.

Will swap out the SSD for a 1tb. Does anyone know where I can find a list of compatible ssd drives?

Any comments on this vs the XPS 13 on MS store that is the same price:

$1299 - i7 8550U, 8, 256, 4K touch screen.

No ebates with Microsoft, so the Dell is essentially ~$100 more expensive. Also, the Dell has less memory and is not a 2 in 1. Dell screen is probably better though.

Canceling my Yoga order from two days ago to get this one instead. Great timing - thanks OP! This one has more memory and better processor. I'm sure I'll be able to live with the glossy screen.
