LF: Adult "Booster Seat" For Office Charis (Ergonomic)

Has anyone heard of any kind of "booster seat" for office chairs?

My chair at work does not adjust enough and I am risking some kind of elbow / shoulder injury unless I lift myself up higher. Is there such a thing as some kind of "booster seat" to put onto a regular chair so you sit higher?

Get them to get you a new chair. Take it from someone who waited to be injured and THEN sent the email. Worst case scenario, at least you will have a written record of having asked for ergonomics and them not taking action.
