LF: ASRock 775Dual-VSTA plus processor

I'm looking to upgrade to a C2D or PD. Whichever I can get a better deal for really. I realize C2D is the better way to go though. I need the motherboard and processor. I would rather get the ASRock motherboard so I can keep the PC3200 RAM that I have now until I can afford some DDR2. Looking to pay between $150 - $250 shipped to London, ON.
