LF: Better Deal on home phone service

Currently:
Bell Line + charges x,y,z + CID = 30
YAK LD (typically 3-10 dollars a month)

I wouldn't want something with unlimited us/can because I simply don't do enough talking -- want to keep my current cable internet provider. Almost jumped on 3-web as it was looking like $9.99/mo but apparently people have had _nightmares_ with them. Yak is interesting, but its going to be 35/mo instead of the 30/mo i pay now just for the line -- I don't need voicemail/call waiting (not willing to pay for them)

Do you also have a cell phone?

Perhaps Skype would work better for you? Ppl can call you on ur cell phone first, then you just call them back on Skype for free (unlimited).
