I would not recommend any (for no specific reason other than I would offer an alternative shop) and would advise you stay away from Cycle Path, specifically. Heard from many riders that their customer service is garbage and have heard some funny stories about their work. One guy had his wheel re-aligned and they didn't tighten it back up. Other guy had bars adjusted and same thing, not tightened up: he realized that after making a decent.
I have used and will continue to use Main Cycle in Hamilton. Yes, a drive from Oakville but these guys are great and know their stuff._______________

Brant Cycle in Burlington has been good in the past. I've also been happy with Central Cycle in Hamilton. For BMX bikes I like JIBS - it's a guy, his wife and his love of bmx's.
I hate to say it but MEC Burlington hasn't been very good IMHO. The one 'mechanic' couldn't adjust my older SIS style derailleurs and they left my stem loose too.
Interesting to hear about Cyclepath Oakville - I have a coupon for them and was going to update my Rocky Mountain there.

I have never dealt with them myself but two friends both bought their mountain bikes there (each about $1K - a Trek and a GF) and swore they would never go back for either a purchase, and especially not for service. The same friend that just bought that Trek last year, sold it to buy a newer, pricier Trek from Main Cycle in Hamilton and I saw the service he got from them - A1. And they offer free service for one year, no limits to the number of visits with bike purchase. The overall experience there just seemed really relaxed and friendly, and when I was asking some questions about their other bikes (making it clear I wasn't there to buy) they still took the time to answer them all.
