I find those type of things can be bought at flag vendors by the side of the road. While I don't know where any of them would be located in Kitchener/Waterloo, there is one that always sets up every spring in Brantford in the same spot. And I know I've seen them setup elsewhere, so I would think there has to be one in the area.

Yeah, I've noticed a couple of flag vendors, but haven't noticed any Oiler flags flying about.

I always see these guys in the Ottawa/River Road area.. Either the Esso Station, or across the street (Timmy's/Rogers etc..) mall.
