Pure plastic...like Copags? I've never seen them for $5, but some users here have sold them for less than $20, and no taxes.

LF: Cheap Plastic Playing Cards
Looking for some cheap decks of plastic playing cards. They're so expensive at the mall...It's like $20 per deck. Anyone know where to get them for cheap? $5-10 maybe?

I saw some plastic ones at Dollarama for $1. I didn't feel them cuz they were in a package but they were 100% plastic.

if you don't mind used cards with a hole thru it, check your local charity casino, it probably sell those used decks as souvernir ($1-2$) and the quality of those cards are always good plastic kind.

The $100 bill ones they sell at dollarama and giant tiger for $1 are pretty decent. Plastic I think, they are a bit slippery though.
