LF: Cheapest to call Philippines / Taiwan / China
I casually call relatives in the Philippines / Taiwan / China and was wondering if I should stick to prepaid phone cards like this one I've been using:
http://torontocallingcard.com/en/product.php?card=51
or switch to Yak or Telehop or Vbuzzer if they don't slap a monthly network charge? Vbuzzer has the lowest rate for all three countries.
Primus' rates look good except that it has a monthly $1 and $4.95 charge.

I rarely spend more than $10/month on calls as I sometimes YM or MSN my relatives there.

Phone card is definitely the cheapest. You pay for what you need and dont get charged if you dont call. The per minute rates are ridiculously low as well.
