Can't you ask your school science department for a CD? I have a Grade 12 Physics PDF, it's by Irwin Publishing though.

I have borrowed both CDs from my school and burned a copy of them. Nelson's CDs are burnable unlike McGrawHill that you have to crack or set to virtual. The sad part is that I am not allow to make copies of the CDs and sell them to you even at a lower price as it would be illegal.

Just ask your school for the CD and burn it.
