The dollar store in Metropolis (beside Roger's Cantel, below Chinese restaurant had some (everything in the store is a buck).
I got 10 Energizer off eBay (seller la_tronics, $3.20US+1.09US=4.29US) last Oct. Comes out to ~6CAD for 10.
SuperStore has them for $3 or $4 each, can't remember. SDM wants $6.

Check Walmart & Zellers they both carry CMOS batteries and are also cheap there from time to time.
