LF: Deal to switch local service to Bell

Currently am a Sprint local telephone customer. Looking for a deal to swtich back to Bell. Was told by 310-BELL that I'll have to pay $55 in "transfer" fee to become a Bell customer again, was hoping that someone would know of a way to do this fee-free.
