LF: Deal on a Universal Remote

Our dogs chewed the remote for our toshiba TV to pieces. We're moving overseas next summer, so we'll be getting rid of our current TV, DVD player, etc. then.

So I'm looking for either 1) a cheap universal remote that we'll bundle with the TV when we sell it, or 2) a deal on a fantastic universal remote that will work just fine on TVs, etc., in the UK.

I've heard Harmony were good, and I remember Dell putting them on sale a few times, but I haven't seen them on sale there recently. Any other suggestions?

Edited to add: I'm in Edmonton, so either online/national retail/Edmonton deals would be perfect.
