Hi,
2 friends who are previously divorced in foreign countries want to get married. (Toronto residents).
The city requires that their foreign divorces be authorized (?) by a Cdn lawyer, that they obtain an'Opinion' letter from a lawyer. Only after that, they can apply for a marriage license.

I am looking for recs. for such a lawyer in Toronto area (perhaps around city hall) . Also what is the standard fee/time taken.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
