LF DVD Ripper Software

My company bought a DVD recorder and used it to record a video conferencing session. The problem I have now is looking for a DVD ripper that rip it to a file that will keep it's quality and size so that I can edit it (so it can have menus and titles and so on). Will be using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 to edit and Adobe Encore to author it. Some of the freeware ones I've tried reduces the video size which I do not want. Also, Premiere will only accept the following video file formats:

* Animated GIF (GIF)
* DV-AVI (AVI)
* Filmstrip (FLM) (Windows only)
* Media eXchange Format (MXF; Op-Atom variety used by Panasonic DV, DVCPRO, DVCPRO 50 and DVCPRO HD video cameras to record to Panasonic P2 media. )
* Microsoft AVI Type 1 and Type 2 (AVI) (Windows only)
* MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (MPEG, MPE, MPG, M2V)
* M2T
* Netshow (ASF) (Windows only)
* QuickTime (MOV)
* Sony VDU File Format Importer (DLX) (Windows only)
* Windows Media Video (WMV) (Windows only)

Any help and recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Haven't used Premiere in awhile, but since it supports MPEG-2, the .VOB files from the DVD should work. DVDFabDecrypter will take them off the DVD and onto your hard drive (straight copy/decrypt, no loss of quality). You might have to rename the extension to MPG to get them imported though.

Downloaded and installed DVDFab Decrypter. Renamed the VOB files to MPG files. Actually, you can just copy the VOB files straight from the DVD and renaming it. But once I import the file to Premiere, the video is there but there is no sound.
