Coincidentally, I was just told at the weekend that Costco in Calgary have the RAC irons for $799 including a bag. Also the 580XD drivers are now $399.95

Must have been a price drop, the set was listed at $999 the last time I checked. That's a really good deal then.

Are you dead set on getting the TaylorMades? Golftown has the Callaway X-14 Steelheads for $600 steel shaft, $700 graphic shaft.
Check out www.franklygolf.com
I would recommend going in and trying both the RAC and the X-14's.

You might want to check Ebay. My friend's friend I played a round with picked up a set for a excellent price. I cant remember how much but it was substantially cheaper then retail.
I picked up the Callaway X14 at Golf Town for $600 the other day. Very happy with them.

Yeah the guys at my golf course told me their buy price on Taylor made RAC and 580s dropped last week. So prices should be down everywhere. I can now get a 580XD from the golfcourse for under $400 plus tax.

Thought I'd revive this thread...
Looking too for Taylor Made OS (preferred) or HT irons.
Golftown has OS @$850 and HT @$650.
Ebay yes (OS $630CDN), but not a fan of the (unknown) fees and delays coming across the border.
Even gently used/demo clubs are fine (as I was able to get a R580 driver at Golftown for $120 yesterday).
