LF: high speed Internet providers that give discount to seniors?
Are there any Internet providers out there that give discount to seniors? preferably cable Internet? I am shopping for one for my parents in Vancouver, they are with Shaw on promo now, was wondering if there's other alternatives than 3Web.. TIA

Try this it will help you its a DSl but very cheaper as compare to other provider
