I've got a great motherboard and it's a great deal but it's a high end new board still wrapped with full warranty so it's not cheap. It's an MSI with a 925XE chipset, it's there newest model.

The best retail I could find for it was $278 canadian and I am selling it for $200 cash in the GTA west end. Let me know if you're interested.
