LF: Nice Digicam $200 -?

If anyone can make recommendations, I'm looking for a nice digital camera that has at least 6 megapixels, around the $200 budget range, and is compact/convienent to carry about.

So far I'm looking at the casio exilim selections at futureshop, and some sony cybershot W-series elsewhere.

Don't Get the sony, the memory is expensive, and their menu system is ********. The casio aren't bad, they're great for a point and shoot. I suggest a Canon like the a540 or a550
