epson makes a printer that costs about $300 that'll print CDs it's the cheapest i've ever seen

LF: Products and Program for CD Printing (On top)
I am making a CD for a friend (over 100 copies) and we need to put a picture on top of it.
What do you recommend I do ?which product would be good or does a retailer like Staples or Futureshop/BestBuy do it?
