I have regular analogue cable and am interested in upgrading to HD.

I would like to get basic HD cable with discovery, showcase, bravo, tlc and A&E like I have now. What can I expect to pay monthly (SAF, rental, taxes included) for an HD package with an HD receiver (non-pvr if it makes a difference).
