LF: S939 mobo + maybe some DDR400 RAM

Guys,

Need a quick replacement for my motherboard that died yesterday.

Looking for any old S939 motherboard that meets the following:

1. 4 RAM DIMM slots
2. At least one PCIe x16 slot
3. At least 2 IDE channels + SATA
4. At least 2 regular PCI slots.

Would also consider any old DDR400 2 x 512mb RAM kit should you have one handy.

Need one ASAP so GTA only. I can pick up immediately.
