Uh, any CD used store sells used DVDs too. Since you asked - I recommend checking Vortex -it's one block light north of Yonge/Eglinton upstairs. Good selection of used DVDs.
Lots of stores on Yonge and Queen W too.
Also check BMV (2 stores - one at Yonge/Eglinton and the other downtown next to Worlds Biggest Bookstore). Lots of good books and quality DVDs.
