what is this CC buyers warrantee that people were talking about?

he bought is less than a year ago, and now its lost, but the contract ends june 2006.

im interested in a phone... but dont want to spend more than $50 bucks.. send me offers

I have two telus models for sale.

1) Sanyo 6000 aka Mr. Skinny $50

Includes Box, Manual, Charger, Battery and Phone. All items are store like bought condition, expect phone has a scratch due to one careless drop. Very fashionable phone that has two backlight colour settings - orange and green. Thinnest phone in world.

2) Samsung 8580 $40

Includes Phone, Battery, and Charger. Manual and box are somwhere in basement, requires some digging though.(If necessary towards purchase) Note: Battery was replaced and used for 2-3 months before I switched phones. Phone was well cared for so in excellent condition. Bright green LCD and easy navigating menu functions that even my mom can work.
