Does anyone have any deals, preferably free, for the Toronto Star? I'd prefer deals from Monday to Saturday since I find that there's little stuff that I read on the Sunday Star, besides section A.

They used to have a deal that renewed automatically for 7 day delivery @ $1 a week.

For residential subscribers with a small business (just make up a phony business name if you don't have one - they never check) the code used to be 7daybus.

For apartment dwellers the code was 7dayapt.

The price has since gone up to $1.50 a week.

I understand that this promo has ended however I suggest you call the Star and play dumb and ask for the deal. The CSR will point you in the right direction.

i live in a house, and get that $1 7day subscription, I have no expiry on this deal, it was originally 52 weeks. Have had it for about 1.5yrs now.

I tried to use the 7daybus promotion code, but they said that code is invalid and stuff. How did you guys get it?

I remember in high school by friend used to work for a tele-marketing company.. they had 30-day free national post promotion (w/o any contract).. i took it through him and then cancelled after 26 days.. but for some reason, the cancellation never went through and I got National Post for like 1.5 years!
