Looking to get a webcam with built-in microphone for my parents.
Best if it can take pictures of the person you are chatting with.
Something that is reliable and under $50 would be great.

Logitech Quickcam Messenger at Canada Computers, 27 bucks I believe. Good deal.
Edit: sorry, didn't see you were in Vancouver, but you can still probably find it cheap there anyways. This cam has a built in microphone, pretty good cam I'd say.

I believe many (if not all) webcams have built-in microphone.
Beware that, webcams at that price range uses CMOS sensor (not CCD sensor) so the image quality may not look that great, especially in low-light conditions._______________

Compusmart has the Logitech Quickcam Messenger for 29.99 after rebates, you should have a store in Vancouver.
