LF/WTB: Used or Nearly New P4 Motherboard

Hey y'all Im looking for a used or nearly new P4 Motherboard that supports Intel chips and thougt i'd try RFD. I need it pretty bad an I am looking to spend beween $35 - $75. Its for a P4 2.3 Ghz chip and needs to have at least 2 slots for Ram, an AGP port onborad sound & LAN/ethernet would be nice as well as at least 6 USB ports.

I am also in the GTA and would prefer to deal with local sellers.

I know I should have no problem finding one as there are several, I just have certain criteria. I'm hoping someone will come across this and contact me instead, hence the reason why I put it as LF/WTB?
